Xavier Pansaers“We decided to create Savage Partners after we all experienced a series of disillusions in our different previous professional experiences. A lot of internal brakes have often prevented the businessman from evolving positively. The “political” effect, the excessive careerism, the navelgazing, the lack of creativity, the fear of growing; these are all different examples of human behaviours that put a brake on the good development of the core business. Next to that, you have the weight of a heavy reporting and of an exponential pyramid management. The spirit of Savage Partners comes from a mix between our businessman's experience in the “Start-ups” (Xpedite Benelux), our experience in big organizations (SWIFT, Worldcom, Belgacom, etc), our knowledge of the whole of the decision patterns (finance, sales, ops, tech, customer service, fullfilment) and, above all, our will to stay human and close to the employees.
